At Veil Beauty, we aim to provide high-quality beauty and skincare products, including Luxury Skincare Sets, Clinical Treatments, and Advanced Skincare.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, this policy explains the conditions under which returns, refunds, or exchanges may be accepted.

Return Eligibility

  • The product must remain unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • A return request must be submitted within 7–14 days from the date of delivery
  • Valid proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used cosmetic or skincare products
  • Personal-use items (such as applicators or similar products)
  • Beauty devices that have already been used or activated
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos or videos of the issue
  • Include your order number and product details

After verification, we may offer either:

  • A replacement
  • A refund

Special Conditions for Certain Products

  • Items must be unused and not activated to qualify for a return
  • Damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs is not covered

Return Procedure

  • Wait for approval and return instructions
  • Send the item back to the address provided

Returns submitted without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The product is defective
  • An incorrect item was delivered

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refund Processing

Exchanges

  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible and the return process must be followed
