Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases made from (“we,” “our,” “us”), whether through our website, authorized sales channels, or in-person transactions. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms in full.

Nature of Sale

Once a product has been sold and delivered, we are not responsible for:

• How the product is used, stored, or applied
• Any reactions or results arising from misuse
• Use inconsistent with instructions or recommendations

Non-Refundable Circumstances

• Change of mind
• Failure to redeem before expiry
• Inappropriate reasons

Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in JPY (Japanese Yen), HKD (Hong Kong Dollar), and USD (US Dollar)
• Prices may change without prior notice
• Full payment is required before order dispatch
• Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and American Express
• All payments are processed securely; we do not store credit card details
• When a card is being used for your purchase, you will receive a transaction with as the transaction's billing descriptor

Orders & Order Acceptance

Your order is considered accepted when you receive an Order Confirmation Email containing:

• Order number
• Product details
• Total amount paid

If an item is unavailable or cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and issue a refund if applicable.

Limitation of Liability

Product descriptions, instructions, and usage guidelines on our website or packaging are for general informational purposes only. They do not replace professional skincare, dermatology, or cosmetic guidance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for:

• Any irritation, allergic reaction, or skin sensitivity
• Misuse or improper application of products
• Damages resulting from using products outside recommended guidelines
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or cosmetic product
• Customers should perform a patch test before using any new skincare or cosmetic product

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mauritius.

All disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mauritius.
